The competition between the hotels is actually a competition for talents in knowledge economy times. Employees that have high professional skills and cultural quality is an important core competence of hotels. Hotel employees' job satisfaction will directly affect the work efficiency and service quality, which is related to the sustainable development of the hotel. This paper analyses the influencing factors that affact the job satisfaction of Holiday Inn’s employees through questionnaire, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to strengthen the hotel’s human resources management, improve the hotel employees' job satisfaction and the quality of hotel service, and promote the sustainable development of hotel industry.
