Abstract: an important part of employee compensation belongs to human resources management, the salary system is proper or not directly related to the staff working enthusiasm and work efficiency, from the actual situation, in order to ensure the rationality and scientific compensation system established. As the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises pay more attention to the company's salary system establishment, application of compensation to motivate employees to achieve the company's employees and the company's overall link, so pay more attention to the salary system of customer company, has a certain practical significance to improve the company's salary system. This paper will take this as a starting point, in order to better understand the nature and function of establishing human resource salary system, through a variety of methods of science and technology more detailed investigation and research, in order to establish and provide reference for the more perfect technology company's salary system.
