摘要

人力资源培训开发是人力资源管理工作中重要的组成部分，但由于我国的人力资源管理概念引进时间晚，知识结构陈旧，我国的人力资源管理模块迫切的需要引进新的观念进行改革。个性化人力资源培训开发就是一个不可忽略的新型人力资源管理手段，是针对不同规模的企业、不同类型的企业以及企业内部不同层次不同功能角色的员工开展重点不同、目标不同、内容不同的培训工作，在培训过程中教授各种应急、应变的措施，全面提高员工的整体素质，不光从业务能力上使员工得以提高，更是从文化上、精神上全方位的为员工提供培训，以起到更好的培训效果，以使员工可以更积极地投入工作。

Abstract

Human resources training and development of human resources management is an important component, but because of our human resource management concepts introduced late, outdated knowledge structure, human resource management module of the urgent need to introduce new ideas for reform. Personalized training and development of human resources is a non-negligible new human resources management tools, is for businesses of all sizes, different types of businesses as well as the different functions at different levels within the enterprise employees to carry out key roles differ, different goals, different content of training Professor in the training process all kinds of emergency, contingency measures, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of staff, not only from the business capabilities so that employees can be improved, but also culturally, spiritually, providing a full range of training for staff to play better training effect, so that employees can be more actively engaged in the work.
