For enterprises, recruitment refers to the process of finding and attracting qualified and interested personnel to take up certain positions according to human resource planning and job analysis requirements for their own development needs, and selecting suitable personnel to be employed. Employee recruitment is an important basic work of human resources management and development, which plays a vital role in the rational formation, management and development of human resources in enterprises. If the enterprise does not have a good staff recruitment system, there is no good group culture concept, will inevitably affect the development of enterprises, leading to brain drain. Taking Guangzhou Yingqiu Information Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper studies the problems existing in the recruitment of employees in Guangzhou Yingqiu Information Technology Co., Ltd. and puts forward the solutions to these problems in combination with relevant theories, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
