Application Research of Competency Model in the Enterprise Human Resources Recruitment in China
Abstract: If we take the enterprise as a living body, recruitment is the living body to keep fresh blood, an important part of the healthy growth of nutrition. Real estate investment is an important part of investment in fixed assets, because it involves a longer industry chain, industry wide coverage, to play a decisive role in the role of the development of the national economy. Real estate has its own inherent characteristics, such as strong industry relationship, by the macroeconomic impact of the financial industry is closely related to real estate, combined with the production process of special production and regulation, thus determines the characteristics of human resources of the real estate business is different from other industries, the demand for talent is also much higher than the other industry.The traditional theory of recruitment has seriously hindered the development of the real estate companies, in urgent need of a set of effective theory,and promote the steady and healthy development of the industry.Huaxing Real Estate Development co.is located in Hengyang,is a real estate development,management oriented business enterprises.With the continuous development and expansion of enterprises,increasing business organization structure,business improvement,but in human resources recruitment process,due to the lack of the necessary basic system,optional sex is big,the enterprise labor costs continue to increase,has brought many negative effects to the long-term development of enterprises.In this paper,Huaxing real estate enterprises in Hengyang city as the research object, the author hopes that from the current situation of human resources for the company, to explore how to apply competency model to the enterprise staff recruitment in the process of practice, to enhance its efficiency to staff recruitment and use.
