Private brand star hotel, due to its family-based management, internal management limited factors, such as the loss of the talents is more serious. The article adopts the method of the combination of theory and practice research, discusses the factors that affect people's satisfaction and improve people's satisfaction of significance and influence of hotel development, the necessity of promoting satisfaction hotel talents, and on how to improve the hotel's personnel satisfaction to reduce attrition related countermeasures are put forward.
