瑞尔齿科公司员工培训问题与对策

摘要

在当今知识经济时代，人力资源已经成为企业发展的“第一资源”。 大多数企业逐步重视人力资源管理工作，强化企业人力资源的开发和利用。而培训作为人力资源开发中的重要方法，也日益受到广大企业的高度关注。对于现代企业而言，员工培训不仅能够提升员工的工作技能和效率，而且有利于增强员工对企业的忠诚度。然而，目前很多企业在培训的思想认识、方法、内容、效果评估方面仍然存在一些问题和不足，亟待进一步深化认识和提升。本文在阐述企业员工培训的概念及重要意义的基础上，以瑞尔齿科公司为具体研究对象，通过网络、实地调查分析了该公司员工培训的现状，并提出该公司在员工培训中的存在问题，提出了相应的对策与建议。

ABSTRACT

In the era of knowledge economy, human resources have become the "first resource" for enterprise development". Most enterprises pay more attention to the management of human resources and strengthen the development and utilization of human resources. For modern enterprises, employee training can not only improve the work skills and efficiency of employees, but also help enhance employee loyalty to enterprises. However, at present, many enterprises still have some problems and shortcomings in the training of ideological understanding, methods, content and effect evaluation, which needs further understanding and promotion. Based on the concept and significance of enterprise staff training on the Arrail company as the research object, through the network, field investigation and analysis of the status of staff training in the company, and put forward the existing problems in the staff training, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
