With the development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution, the information technology industry has became a new economic growth point. Information technology increased economic benefits, but also changed the way of people's life and work. The popularity of the Internet has accelerated the speed of information dissemination, at the same time, also changed the pace of work. The fast-paced working environment lead to the staff under pressure.In the development process, to the largest corporate wealth's the employees , enterprises should adhere to the people-oriented principle, pay attention to employee attitude's change, understand the source of work pressure, and deal with the problems caused by the pressure of the staff, so as to improve the enthusiasm of the staff, increase work efficiency, ultimately drive the economic development of enterprises. This paper describes the source of work stress and the relationship between work stress and work efficiency. Through the analysis of Hangzhou Xifeng Semiconductor Co. Ltd's staff structure and employee work pressure sources, from individual and organization, puting forward the relevant measures of management pressure .
