在当今的市场经济条件下，研究企业的核心员工职业生涯管理情况，对于企业的可持续发展具有重要及深远的意义。 

本文分两方面来研究讨论：一方面介绍引进国外相关领域的研究现状和成果，为中小企业界进行人力资源管理提供借鉴；另一方面在结合中小型企业自身特征、打破局限、综合核心员工特征分析以及职业生涯管理方面的现状为企业核心员工进行职业生涯管理实务提供操作性的参考。

Abstract  

 In today's market economy conditions, the enterprise's core staff career management situation, for the sustainable development of the enterprises has important and far-reaching significance.

This paper introduces conception on one hand in introducing foreign related to areas of current research and the results for the small and medium-sized enterprises to provide reference for the human resource management; On the other hand to small and medium-sized enterprise itself with characteristics, breaking limitations, comprehensive analysis of characteristics of the key employees and the situation of professional career management for enterprise core employees' career management practice provide operational reference.
