论制造企业人力资源管理中存在的问题及策略

摘要

随着时代的进步科技的发展以及经济体制的改革，越来越多的企业在改革当中有了自身的企业地位，也有大批的制造企业在改革中不断发展壮大，例如海康卫视，中控等。但是，在发展的过程当中也存在了一些问题。最为突出的就是人力问题，特别是制造企业本身规模不大，对于人力资源问题想的比较简单，企业起初人力资源结构不完善，随着企业的逐渐壮大企业资源人力资源的维护较难，其中家族企业化管理的制造企业人力资源问题尤为严重，所以建立一套完善的人力资源问题是制造企业需要解决的首要问题。

Abstract

With the development of scientific and technological progress and the reform of the economic system, more and more enterprises have their own corporate status in the reform, and a large number of manufacturing companies have continued to develop and expand in the reform, such as Haikang Satellite TV and China Control. However, there are also some problems in the process of development. The most prominent is the human resources problem, especially the small size of the manufacturing company itself. The relatively simple thinking about human resources problems, the initial human resources structure of the company is not perfect, and it is difficult to maintain human resources with the gradual expansion of the enterprise resources. Among them, the human resource problem of the manufacturing enterprise of family enterprise management is particularly serious, so the establishment of a set of perfect human resource problems is the primary problem that the manufacturing enterprise needs to solve.
