浅淡杭州市房产中介已婚女性就业中的歧视

摘要

    随着杭州的经济发展，已婚女性平等就业这一问题在房产中介领域逐渐显现，越来越多的已婚女性感觉到找工作时的压力，特别是在工作时间不确定，工作压力较大，强度较强的房地产中介行业，明显竞争不过男性。怎样有效消除已婚女性就业受歧视这一现象，采取有效措施处理这类现实问题，对已婚女性社会地位提升有重要意义。本文在介绍已婚女性就业歧视现状的基础上，了解歧视原因以及不利影响，最后提出有效解决措施。

Abstract: with the development of Hangzhou economy, the problem of equal employment of married women is gradually appearing in the field of real estate agency.
