From the point of view of our country, in the recruitment process of many enterprises, we can see that many women are subjected to various gender discrimination. Gender discrimination not only reduces the competitiveness of female employment, but also leads to the waste of female human resources in the society, and may even cause the poor intellectual development and low education level of female children. From this point of view, the lack of investment in female human capital is extremely unfavorable to the whole society, as well as the construction of China's advanced gender culture and harmonious society. Under such conditions, the author studies talent discrimination in enterprise recruitment is particularly important.
