企业招聘中性别歧视问题的探讨

摘要

从我国来说，在很多企业的招聘过程当中，能看到很多女性遭到各种性别歧视。性别歧视不仅仅降低了女性就业的竞争力，同时还导致了社会上女性人力资源的浪费，甚至可能会造成女性子女的智力发育不良和受教育程度低的情况。从这一点来说，女性人力资本投资不足，对于整个社会而言都是极其不利的，也不利于中国先进性别文化的建设与和谐社会的构建。在这样的条件下，笔者研究在企业招聘中的人才歧视就显得格外重要。

Abstract

From the point of view of our country, in the recruitment process of many enterprises, we can see that many women are subjected to various gender discrimination. Gender discrimination not only reduces the competitiveness of female employment, but also leads to the waste of female human resources in the society, and may even cause the poor intellectual development and low education level of female children. From this point of view, the lack of investment in female human capital is extremely unfavorable to the whole society, as well as the construction of China's advanced gender culture and harmonious society. Under such conditions, the author studies talent discrimination in enterprise recruitment is particularly important.
