Research on performance evaluation of catering enterprises
Abstract: performance appraisal, as an important link of human resource management, plays an important role in promoting enterprise development and optimizing the internal structure of enterprises. Therefore, the modern talent management system has always regarded performance appraisal optimization as an important part of enterprise management. At this stage, China's catering industry has some problems in the performance appraisal, and plays a substantial role in the performance management of human resources management. Therefore, in this paper, Shanghai Haoyuan Catering Services Limited as a case study, to explore the implementation of performance appraisal in the presence of catering enterprises, and proposed corresponding solutions, unified, from the assessment standard assessment system, assessment and optimization to consider three aspects, constructing scientific appraisal system, optimizing the performance management mode, in order to to ensure the implementation of scientific performance appraisal.
