Application of performance evaluation in human resource management
Abstract:With the advent of the information age, the development and utilization of human resources is playing a more and more important role in enterprises. The competition for human resources, the cultivation of new talents, and the performance appraisal of human resources have become the focus of attention of all types of enterprises and social organizations. In order to investigate the performance evaluation in human resource management, this paper briefly introduces the theory of performance appraisal, then analyzes the importance and effect of performance evaluation on enterprise human resources management, firstly the main existing problems in the process of enterprise performance evaluation, and puts forward the corresponding measures and solutions, reached the final of the theory of knowledge. The results show that the performance appraisal is the key link of human resource management, the success of performance appraisal is directly related to the effectiveness of the whole performance management in human resource management.
