Analysis on the training problems and countermeasures of the SV Property Company

Abstract: Training is an important part of corporate human resources management, enterprise and its employees have been treated as a link between growing together. But now China's enterprises to carry out the training was not enough, especially for the provision of property services in a professional property management companies, corporate training far failed to play its due role. How to train personnel has become a property company operators and managers of human resources management is very concerned about. In this paper, I am currently working in the property management business - Guangxi SV Properties Limited, for example, combined with the current training status of employees of the company. Further in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies in training SV property companies exist, mainly due to the concept of corporate training, training systems and training efforts aspects exist insufficient. On this basis, the proposed property-related staff training to promote SV countermeasures and suggestions for the above problem.
