Study on the Human Resource Managers’ Stress Management of Private Enterprises in Hangzhou
Abstract: Occupational stress has become an epidemic. The study of this paper mainly aim at the status of the stress level, the impact of stress, the reasons which cause stress and stress management of the human resource managers of private enterprises in Hangzhou. I get some relevant data by reading lots of documents and questionnaires. The results show that most respondents think their work stress are relatively large, but they also think besides the negative influence the stress bring to their health and mind, the stress motivate their own to work hard. According to the study, the main reasons leading to stress are the job characteristics, the human resource managers’ non-professional, lack of effective communication channels and so on. In response to these stressors, this paper proposes two respects of stress management strategies both about personal and enterprise for reference.
