绩效决定成败——绩效管理的研究与实践

摘 要

在经济竞争异常激烈的环境下，绩效管理日益受到管理人员的重视。本文对国内、国外绩效管理理论的发展和现状进行了研究,从中可以看出，绩效管理理论经历了由单一的评估制度，逐步向系统性、综合性的方向发展的过程，最后形成了一套完整的绩效管理理论体系。
